CANCELLATION
Delegate Cancellation: Cancellations up to 28 days before the event will be fully refunded; cancellations between 28 and 14 days before the event will be entitled to a 50% refund; cancellations up to 14 days before the event will not be refunded.
IPM Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel an event or webinar in advance with no liability on our part. In the case of cancellation by the IPM, a full refund will be offered and a notification email will be sent as soon as possible.
